While we perform our services in accordance with professional standards and applicable tax regulations, final responsibility for the accuracy of tax returns and compliance rests with the client. No guarantees of specific tax outcomes, specific refund amounts, or explicit reductions in tax liability are made.

SECTION 2: AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
Our services and website are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

SECTION 3: SMS AND MOBILE MESSAGING DISCLOSURES
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting into our messaging program, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS communications from RCL Financial Services . These messages may include appointment reminders, documents required for tax preparation, filing status updates, and seasonal tax deadline notifications. Message frequency varies based on user interaction, documentation requirements, and scheduling, and standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SECTION 4: OPT-OUT AND HELP PROCEDURES
You may revoke your consent to receive SMS communications at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any text message received from the Company. Upon receipt of a STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further automated messages will be sent unless you explicitly re-enroll. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 8: GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

SECTION 9: SEVERABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications become effective immediately upon posting.
